Jegan for adjustment to make delta neutral i can buy some share in cash. so it will be mix of Future and Cash. but you did not mentioned MTM swing money will be debit or credit on daily basis , so need to keep some extra money in account.

50% rule apply for overnight positions, So 50% of the margin should be available in Cash. Alternatively you could use few bonds like SGB or liquidbees which are cash equivalent. This 90% margin can be used to buy ITC Future position with a covered call(Selling ITC Options)for it. The 50% margin rule does not apply for it.
