Robert Mercer figured out that even more profits were available to those who manipulate Political Elections. After proving that He could get any Idiot Elected to Any Office in 2016, Simons asked him to go away. Mercer appears to have franchised his Election Marketing methods to serve the entire Planets desire for profits. Installing the Proper Political Prostitute in the appropriate position, can create even larger profits.

@Finaius
@Finaius 3 жыл бұрын
They are random. But it doesn't mean unpredictable. You can still model them and have some idea what the mean value is over the long run.
@Finaius
@Finaius 3 жыл бұрын
For example you can have a random process with the mean value of one and a standard deviation of 0.5. Each value it generates every step is random, but you can have a good estimate of probability of what range of value it generates.

I am convinced that Jim Simons, behind all the facade of supercomputers and complex mathematical models, hid a simple trading rule that he probably discovered himself and that a skilled mathematician could apply with high probability just a few minutes after familiarizing themselves with its principles. Such a rule exists because I also managed to figure it out after 16 years of considering why prices sometimes go up and sometimes go down. He simply concealed its simplicity, hiding the straightforward and logical actions behind the entire system of supercomputers and an army of mathematicians supposedly crunching a few numbers in a table.
