The Sacramento Southern Railroad Excursion Train with Granite Rock 10 Steam Locomotive passing the Tower Bridge Capitol Mall Railroad Crossing at 12:43pm heading back to the depot in Old Sacramento on the Ex-SP Walnut Grove Branch. The train stopped first because the dwarf signal was red then turned green. That helicopter in the background is the fire department doing a training exercise.
