ഞാൻ മസൂർ ദാൽ കൊണ്ട് ഇത്തരം ചപ്പാത്തിക്കറി ഉണ്ടാക്കാറുണ്ട്. നല്ല ചൂടോടെ കഴിക്കണം. അല്പം പാലക് ചീര, കുറച്ചു carrot പൊടിയായി അറിഞ്ഞത് ഇതൊക്കെയങ്ങു ചേർക്കും. ചൂടോടെ എല്ലാവർക്കും ഇഷ്ടപ്പെടാറുണ്ട്. Thank you dear ടീച്ചർ!

We too make chana dal the same way except that we put a little piece of ginger chopped along with green chilies. Some times a it of fresh lime juice instead of aamchoor . Thanks for sharing this.

Ma'am, what you said is very true. We get very few options for chapati in hotels. This is very nutritious meal. Adding bottle gourd or chorakya to chana dal will also elevate the dish.
