Southern Turkey Road Trip - Kayseri, Avanos, Göreme (December 2022)
Flying into Kayseri, Turkey to visit the Cappadocia area during Christmas break 2022. We rented a small 4x4 and for eight days explored the south-central region that also includes Nevşehir, Kahramanmaras, Gaziantep, and Adana provinces. This area has some of the most beautiful landscapes and archeological sites in the country. This trip saw many of the areas that were, sadly, devastated by a 7.5 earthquake in February 2023. This video is the first day, leaving our arrival in Kayseri on our way to Göreme.
