iTinerant's videos are heralded for their artistry and lauded for their beauty, but what really sets them apart is their ideas, and the Skopelos, Greece - Off the Beaten Path (June 2024) (HD)is the most comprehensive account to date of this unparalleled filmmaker’s intellectual and artistic development.

Once again, iTinerant has gifted the viewers with the isolated individual's desire for transcendence amidst established social institutions, the grandeur and untouched beauty of nature, the competing claims of instinct and reason, and the lure of the open road.📽

Looks like a lovely walk. Is the track easy to follow...meaning will I know which way to go along the route or are there many possible options/turn offs? Thanks!

@@irishelaine1 Hi. Yes, overall the walk is easy to follow. Entering the town of Paleo Klima is signage and the path goes right through the village. About at the half way mark (at the church and shade structure) the path will continue on the left side. That should be the only part that might be a little unclear. Enjoy the walk!

Answered my questions plus I found out that some nighttime viewing may be possible. I did not see people toting umbrellas but then likely they had checked the forecast for that day.

Di you make all the arrangements on your own? Did you carry everything with you or did you use some sort of service to transport your bags? Thinking of doing this next year. Also what time of year do you recommend? Thanks!

Hi Leslie. Yes. We arranged the overnight stays based on an average daily walking distance of 15-25 km (about 10 to 15 miles) a day. You can actually complete this hike in 4 days, but we wanted to stop frequently - especially along some of the archeological sites found on days 3, 4, and 5. We had our bags transported to the next inn on the trail and took day packs with us. We walked from the west coast (Bolness-on-Solway) eastward as then you have the wind at your back the entire trail. Aside from Carlisle, Once Brewed, and Newcastle, we took our meals at the place we stayed. Florries Guest House in Walton was a nice stop and, if you want to splurge a little, the Dacre House in Gilsland is highly recommended. Gilsland is a good launching point for the next day's walk with some of the best preserved sections of the wall. We walked in early August and had great luck with clearer weather (this is rare I think) and temperatures being fine.

iTinerant evokes varieties of ethical experience, encompassing existential, metaphysical, and religious perspectives. The Videos are not reducible to a particular moral position or philosophical doctrine; rather, they solicit ethically significant forms of experience, encompassing anxiety and doubt, wonder and awe, to questioning and acknowledgment, through aesthetic engagement and poetic reflection.

Many youtube viewers should-approach itinerant's travel videos from a philosophical perspective, acknowledging itinerant's ability to express philosophy through travel videos. With remarkable images of nature, poetic mood-setting music, and meditative reflections, itinerant certainly invites philosophical engagement.

Every Itinerant video gestures toward a seemingly “magical” location which is really an attitude, mood or perspective. The iphone's impassive gaze is reflected in the vulnerable eyes of the videographer. iTinerant's videos are rightly esteemed for their composition, but they also compel consideration of what kind of response might move beyond a merely aesthetic appreciation🏞

The competing perspective in iTererant's videos, is the artistic perspective, of which the paragon example is iTinerant itself. iTinerants goal as a travel videographer is to educate the human eye to see through iTinerant's perspective. If our habits of vision are characterized by ambition, skepticism and greed, iTinerant inspires us with the virtues of patience, appreciation and awe. iTinerant offers not new facts or arguments but persuasive images of the world as if filtered through such virtues🛗

itinerant arguably makes this video's visual accomplishments all the more staggering- in a sublime moment of technical harmony with itinerant’s fascination with the beauty of life’s ephemerality luminous, unforgettable images that reveal themselves as the creative product of a degenerating eye, quickly losing its ability to absorb the light so crucial to capturing these fleeting moments. Made all the more impressive by capturing this aspect on an iphone.📱

No words are necessary for Itinerant to convey ideas- it's eye for impromptu composition, flair for harnessing the sublime power of natural light, and willingness to follow the inspiration at the expense of all else empowers with an almost supernatural ability to convey profoundly abstract existential ideas through entirely visual means.🎎

iTinerant's numerous cutaway shots that KZbinr critics deride as the trivial, e.g., unfocused wanderings of a restless eye, instead become profound earthly metaphors for iTinerant's natural rhythms of the world that surrounds them.🌏

Travel video aficionados have come to regard iTinerant as an artist with a divine eye when it comes to videography, able to consistently capture some of the most beautiful images ever committed to an iphone. Chofo begins this aspect of iTererant's reputation in earnest, adopting a sumptuous and majestic visual style in spite of limited funds and scrappy production resources☯

Iterant has an innate sensitivity to the poetry of life, by imprinting their work with an emotional intellect and strong philosophical overtones. With each subsequent work, they seek to refine and perfect a special harmony between picture and sound- even as it ignores long-established storytelling conventions and puts this videographer's offerings increasingly at odds with 99% of the human population.🔱

iTererant's videos all seem to possess a single, unifying theme: “Human lives diminish between the overarching majesty of the world”. To put it another way, iTererant's work posits that our human dramas are rendered insignificant by the radiant beauty of the natural world. Yet, being creations of that world ourselves, we are inherently connected to it in a spiritual sense and made beautiful by association

The unknown entity that is, iTenerant, gifts the viewer with a subtle reoccurring themes in all of their posted videos. i.e., abstract concepts like the natural harmony of the universe, as well as all of humanity belonging to one cosmic soul, transcendence. Not to mention emoting the eternal conflict between reason and instinct, and the inevitable clash between the industrial and the agrarian, and the majesty of myth. Truly a budding travel video auteur .

I find this person's travel videos🚅 much more immersive than other individuals that post travel videos on KZbin. I believe they reason I do is that there isn't a constant narrative accompanying the images, which in turn cleverly creates the experience of being there in person. The videos have themes such as transcendence, nature, and conflicts between reason and instinct. They seemingly are typically marked by broad philosophical and spiritual overtones. That being said, I feel that I'm now kzbin.info/www/bejne/f4i6qIBorNyArdkfeature=shared&t=70
