Capping on Time Limit of Foreign Medical Education to 10 years | NMC New Notification | Mbbs Abroad
Dear MBBS Abroad Aspirants,
NMC has came up with a new FAQ dated 11 December 2023 which states the condition of CAPPING ON THE TIME TO COMPLETE MBBS FROM ABROAD.
“The time limit for appearing in FMG Examination/NEXT shall be in consonance with regulations applicable for Indian students. All FMGs shall have to complete their internship in India within 10 years of date of joining their Foreign Medical Institutions.”
This is in total contrast of NMC Notice dated 22 November 2023 which stated that “the time limit for appearing in FMG Examination/ NExT will be 10 years from the completion of their training/ course in Foreign Medical Institution.”
This notice clearly show the sheer confusion which is prevalent within National Medical Commission and their ultimate objective of destroying the MBBS Abroad Education.
It is practically impossible for a FMG to complete his CRMI internship within 10 years following these steps.

Anuj Bhai mene Kai Baar aapse baat ki thi. Aapne Bohot help ki thi. Aapke Har ek video students ke liye bohot bohot kaam aaya hai. Me Philippines me hu MD 2nd year kar rha hu. Mene BS online Kiya tha kyuki Gazette publication ke time ke Baad bhi April 2022 International flight Ban tha. Or Philippines university face to face classes bhi start nhi ki thi. August 2022 me. Or bohot saari vajh thi. But ab NMC me kha hai. Physically present ko Valid karenge. Us time Covid 19 pandemic ke time koi nhi rha hoga. Esliye hmaare Liye Online Mode BS ke liye Kuch nhi bola hai. Kya ptaa kyaa Hoga. Hum apna Kaam pdhai kar rhe hai. Rukna hmaare nseeb me nhi hai. Bs Aage bdhna hi hmaare Liye ek maatra Rasta hai. Jai Hind 🇮🇳🙏

Sir ek aur confusion hain ki fmge 2002 regulations main kahi nahin likha hain ki time capping 10 year but tranfer nahin le sakte ....kiya NMC regulations anen k baad fmge regulation ko bhi samil karega 10 year capping k under?
