"People are incompetent so I have to do it." Yeah, I've found out the hard way that it doesn't work at all. My confidence makes people insecure, and insecure people are highly competitive, so they will start a war with me to one-up me ("crab mentality"). When I give advice they ignore it and go ask advice from people who are as incompetent as they are and don't know the answer either. Nowadays I leave them be, the blind leading the blind. Only observe their drama with popcorn. I just let them struggle and stay out of the war they fight against themselves and others. Birds of a feather flock together. Misery loves company. Looking at my past urges to do the work for incompetent people. I've recognised that it was related to "parentification" during my childhood. I've overcome that. And while having overcome that, I can see that people's incompetence is sometimes intentional, and is called "weaponized incompetence", playing dumb to avoid responsibility.

This resonates esp 22mins onwards. The herd at work (zebra reversed)are chaotic and reduce the strength I have to guide and get things done. I literally shifted my desk to separate from this energy. It is difficult being in my natural otter ways. Moving gracefully getting things done easily and effortlessly. The herd believe in difficulty and adversity. Feeling like for many years at work I have been undercover observing the herd mentality. Two or three of the team are unable to hold a mirror up to themselves. This reading was spot on for me... I asked my guides for some advice and they led me to you. Funny, at first I noticed the owl in the back ground and thought about how my Spirit Animal is an owl. I’ve been struggling with a connection that I needed to end because of the subtle, callous, manipulative way this person finds ways of putting me down. They are on the surface very supportive, but looking back have always made sure to drop me before picking me up, so that they would be seen and get credit for being some kind of hero. It was so subtle it’s taken the entire relationship to put all the pieces together.
