I love what happens after this! The boy tells Manuel that he sabotaged the other fishermen and Manuel gets so mad he releases the boys halibut and gives him the silent treatment and the boy learns not to use deceit and trickery to win, as he was used to.

Spencer Tracy is....well, he's Spencer Tracy but Freddie Bartolomew is just as good. Not many actors could steal a scene from Spence except maybe Hepburn.
