Hey Cos I believe that’s a hand held jet pack and the little hose should plug into the base of the jet pack. Shame the helmet shield doesn’t move. I had so many Captain Action accessory packs Batman, Superman and Aquaman. I had some more but can’t remember them , I was 5 years old.
