This may be a reach, but at some point in Civil War, Wanda and Steve were closely fighting to protect Bucky. When T’Challa was about to slice Bucky’s throat open Wanda stopped him and yeeted him then the very next scene Peter was cut down by Steve’s shield and in the background you can see where Wanda threw T’Challa and i think that’s lovely

Multiple reasons. Age of Ultron Wanda is still training her powers whilst Infinity War Wanda is more experienced. Plus Vision's not organic its easy to put together wires and metal compared to healing actual injuries
