Her saying ryan is "The Chosen one to save the world" makes me think its all hinting towards Ryan being the one to end Homelander in Season 5, especially since the series while its not fully following the comics, it does follow the main plot and Homelander ends up dying to a CLONE of himself. Ryan didn't exsist in the comics but also the Clone that kills homelander doesnt exsist in the show (as far as we are aware of ) and given Ryan is the litteral son of homelander, he's in a way a clone kind of .

I think that Light literally had full control of his death note, so while he is a genius, he was given unmeasurable power and his intelligence shone through his plight of not getting caught. Sister Sage death note has the ability to fight back. Imagine if Ryuk actually had a say. To me, it’s a lot easier for Light to plan when he doesn’t have to literally reason with Ryuk every episode and isn’t also afraid he would kill him. But I think that now that her Ryuk is satisfied, we might see some light action!
