Real good explanation, Thank you. A lot of operators do it the way that the pilot flying do the whole scan(but not the other pilots instrument scan), load the flight plan etc, The Pilot Not Flying do the Walk-around, do the Take off Performance Calculation etc..

Yes, depending on an airline SOP, there are different ways to do the flight deck preparation. Some stay fairly close to Boeing Procedures and others can be very different.

PMDG nice touch: The external horn is modeled. If you run the test and then go to Aircraft / Nose Camera view, you can hear it.
