With all due respect i agree with Hutch'es Offroad truck rant in the video. Being the trucks are fast both on road and offroad, This how ever can be changed. I would lower the offroad trucks on road top end to 80/90Mph and lower on road grip. Offroad id knock that speed down to 40/50mph top speed offroad. But keep the grip properties and add a bit more mass, They are far to light and accelerate to quickly. As far as the squad cars go They are NOT offroad machines, and should not go as fast as offroad trucks in the dirt. "Use the right tool for the job". When it comes to actual mass the squad cars are far to heavy, i see them yeeting trucks, trailers, busses into orbit, i would first lower the mass and change speed and grip when in dirt. acceleration and speed seem fine, but suspension can be improved for better cornering over curbs etc. Sorry for the long comment, wish you all a great night.
