Yes, Captain Janeway you've been in Starfleet long enough to know better. Walking on to the bridge in nothing but a towel is something that would, under different circumstances have got her busted down to ensign or lieutenant for " Conduct unbecoming of an officer and a lady". It can take 20 years to obtain your own ship,during that time; the candidate must keep his/her nose clean. Otherwise they'll be out if they're passed over 3 times for captaincy.

waldoman7 Script writers on the *Star Trek* series often write "[TECH]" in the middle of a line, short for "Insert Technobabble Here", meaning, "Send this scene to one of our science consultants who will tell us to say 'the soil needs more nitrates' or 'Lawrencium atoms normally can't exist for more than a fraction of a second', which will sound cool to most people and will not offend the smaller number who would notice if we were just pulling stuff out of our asses". It would have been good to show some proper massage technique. Maybe less funny, but very satisfying to LMTs, who usually don't see massage except as comedy or a prelude to a seduction.
