Not a spoiler just a fun comic fact the Superboy in this show is actually a more recent version of him and ( not sure you guys already knew this) the costume the highscooler was wearing in the Halloween episode was the outfit SuperBoy wore in the 90s.

You've got the airplane thing wrong. Everything other than people were duplicated by the splitting of reality into an adult timeline and a child timeline *at that exact moment!* So, if an adult is carrying a box of stuff, in the adult timeline it is still in their hands but in the child timeline, it suddenly falls as no one is there holding it. In the child timeline, Billy and his pilot take the plane from the hangar and go for a flight. In the adult timeline, *no one* takes that plane for a flight at that time. So when Billy's pilot friend is shunted to the adult timeline, she's just in the middle of the air. Her plane is back in the hangar! So yeah, Billy saved her by crossing over as Shazam (Captain Marvel). Now, when he crossed over, the plane in the child timeline crashed (or was blown up by the lightning bolt or both). The plane in the adult timeline is still back in the hangar. And yes, that means a lot of kids died or were injured off screen. As the parent driving the car they were in, holding a newborn infant, etc. suddenly disappeared. Pretty sure we're not supposed to think about that last part *but* the Billy and the pilot thing wasn't a plothole. XP
@YoureRightIThink3 жыл бұрын
Man I never thought about that, now it makes it way more fucked up, probably slightly behind the MCU's blip dusting

Thanks for explaining the lack of plothole. Still a disaster on the rest of the info they expected not to think about 😂

If this episode happened in S3, I believe they would have mentioned the whole "collateral damage" thing in the episode ending

@@YaBoyRockLee Aye. Maybe that is why they showed the kid in the carseat. Hinting at what they couldn't even mention in an episode...

As for why Dr. Fate faded from Zatanna, because the helmet is split literally between two worlds, he is literally not all there. If someone had been wearing the helmet before the worlds were split, this wouldn't be an issue. The helmet would only be in one world. The tentacle is also the remaining scrap of the creature Black Manta destroyed. It was recommended to be brought to the surface when Atlantis' facilities were destroyed. The Light enacted this whole plan to steal it from the labs.
@YaBoyRockLee3 жыл бұрын
Ahhhhhh thanks for explaining the Fate 1
@samuelsullivan28863 жыл бұрын
Everything was split into two after Klarion cast that spell, so if there was, say, an airplane in the air BEFORE the spell, that airplane would still be in the air in BOTH the adult and kid world. (This is also why there were two Helmets of Fate.) BUT the airplane with Billy and Amber took off AFTER the dimensions were split, so the same airplane exists in the adult dimension, but it never took off, hence Amber freefalling when Captain Marvel appeared in the adult dimension.

“Was that a tentacle?” That’s the remains of Starro sent to S.T.A.R. Labs after Black Manta exploded it. Distraction achieved.

these episodes never show just how much damage is done for example just think how many kids where in planes when the adults poofed and the planes chashed all around the world, car accidents, kids at home neglected babies dying cos maybe they drowned in baths and in hospitals i mean they dont show all this but you know it happen

And in the re-unified world, I assume the object appears in the place where it was interacted with last (e.g. Helmet of Fate, tentacle). Which means the plane is canonically in the sea. 😅

@@YaBoyRockLee the first time I remember seeing DC use him outside the comics was as an Easteregg in the 90s animated Superman series & again in Batman Beyond refuring back to the Superman series. The creature is also used as a main villain in one of the seasons of Batman: The Brave & The Bold; a nod the Brave & bold comics that first introduced the creature as the first threat the Justice League faced.

Imagine how many children and babies in planes, bathtubs, pools, cars, hospitals, etc. that must of died during this event across the world. Hundreds of thousands of dead children overnight. As a kids show they don't show us that aspect, other than the kid heroes saving as much as they could.

Things were duplicated at the separation of the two worlds. The plane in the adult world is still at the airport. Planes in the sky at the time of the separation were duplicated in the sky, the ones in the kids world without pilots would have fallen, the planes in the adult world would have kept flying.

Lot of negative reaction to Dr Fate and what he is doing here....I get the feeling, but he pretty much is necessary to the league against so many magical and chaos ennemies at that point. Not that many in the league can fight them and his whole job is to bring order...kinda of a police against chaos in the multiverses...He is closer to Doctor Strange in terms of power, and he is really not a bad guy per says...He just need a powerful magical host !

DC Comics Cancels Shazam: The Monster Society Of Evil Hardcover Over Racist Concerns Posted on August 1, 2018 by Rich Johnston|Comments The left hand of DC Comics was publishing the Captain Marvel series The Monster Society Of Evil in a Shazam deluxe hardcover form. A historically important shift for superhero comics into longform storytelling, running serialised from 1943 to 1945, one of the first stories to do so, it does also contain a number of negative racial stereotypes towards black people…
