I actually had this game way back. My brother was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes when he was 6, and my parents, or maybe the doctors, I don't remember, gave it to him. It teaches kids how to deal with diabetes. I always played it when I was younger, but looking back at it now, this game is ungodly strange. Thanks for the nostalgia Critikal!

This must be a really old game if they show the old urine strip that you had to piss on. Luckily, I was diagnosed at a time when blood is used to determine blood sugar levels. Urine is horribly inaccurate. My heart goes out to people that had to deal with that.

This game was actually distributed by doctors to young patients with diabetes. At the beginning of the game you put in a number given to you by your doctor that makes the game reflect your specific case of diabetes.
