Joao got drunkenly violent towards Hannah his first season and Sandy did nothing but sing his praises and bring him back with a raise and promotion, I don’t believe for one second she would have Hannah’s back. Also, the “never before seen” clips showed Hannah DID tell Sandy Lara got physical. Sandy has let her dislike for Hannah get in the way of her judgment since their first season together.

Captain Sandy did not have Hanna' s back. Hanna is helping the captain make a ton of money, why sabotage your own crew. If your leader does not have your back that undermines your authority and subordinates can act out against her or simply not bother to follow instruction and get the job done. How will that ensure a great vacation 4 the guests? Episode after episode, and season after season watched Captain Sandy digs at Hanna and lack of support and undermine her confidence. No wonder she hates her job. Who wouldn't.

Joao was drunk and got aggressive and pretty nasty with Kate. Too much roids, perhaps. This caused Kate to leave the boat and threaten quiting. No one should have to be subjected to such threatening rage. Yet he was not fired by Captain Lee. Hmmmm.

Captain never supports Hannah when they are actually on the ship...but is nice 'afterwards' at the tell alls she interviews. I respect Captain Sandy but Hannah was so good to her reassuring her in past seasons that everything is under control, not to worry and checking up on her in her Cabin when Captain Sandy's partner had broke her heart. She is way too hard on Hannah for no reason and it's unfair and not nice to watch. I'm team Hannah all the way!

I think Sandy really tried to tolerate Hannah,but it was obvious she really didn't like her. That whole firing thing was just handled in such a weird way. Surely there's something Hannah can do legally.... Malia went into her private property . The prescription was from 2019. .... So obviously she was not popping them day and night. Sandy didn't even ask her about it or even look at the actual printed prescription . She just really jumped the gun with that overdose crap.

Sandy don’t give a shit about anyone except herself and how she looks. Sandy uses one employee against another all the time and has her favorite’s. Last season the deckhand that was drinking on charter she gave him a heart to heart, you would think that was more dangerous than Hannah! Milia don’t care about no one but herself and how she can further her own damn agenda. Snake! She even completely manipulated her BF to be chef didn’t consider how it could affect him just wanted him on the boat.

I think Hannah made it very personal. I can't believe nobody saw this. I though that after the Captain watched the show then she would see what Hannah was doing. I have been in a situation like this, she made it very personal which I can understand the attitude change in Lara.

At least what was presented she just barely touched her just to pass by her (not for hitting) in other words when you lightly touch someone to move or get aside so you can pass. It was not a violent touch, it was just a second because Hannah was blocking the door. So that is an exaggeration but I do agree with the bad attitude Lara had.

Stopped watching after this palava. I had a respect for captain Sandy at the beginning but her favoritism is her biggest flaw that made me stop watching it. Totally blinds her. She wanted Hannah out, but that was pity way to do it. I can understand why as Hannah in some seasons was quite bad. Truth is her general attitude was not there for this work, she might’ve been good with guests but absolutely lacked leadership skills. As a captain I would too prefer somebody else, and Sandy most likely didn’t have choice in choosing as Hannah had followers and Bravo most likely forced it. Bugsy even though weird af, was a better Chief Stew.

You can have any licence in the world, you can still be an ill willed person and a lousy team member. I guess the licence did not train Malia on how to command her crew and earn their respect or how important it is to be a supportive team member to the rest of the team on the boat since a great experience for the guests depend on every single crew member working together. I m not sure that Captain Sandy can teach her these skills as usually it's the captain that sets the tone of the work environment on the boat. As we all know this is a crucial part of management or perhaps Bravo just left this part out with all the editing.
