For a charter, the boat is sub par low end entry level tbh.... go to the $500,000 - $mil plus a week charters, different ball game, In layman’s terms... imagine a chauffeur driven top notch Mercedes limo but 20 years old with a CD player vs new a chauffeur driven Rolls Royce with state of the art interior and multimedia onboard....

It’s not tens of thousands or million how it’s mentioned also. Only million euro per week that I was on was 86 meters yacht new built which is waaay bigger then this one. This is more like 200000 euros per week range.

I'm feeling sorry for Kiko at the moment as he's out of his depth with very demanding clients who are used to the best and pretty fussy it seems....I think the rest of this season will be interesting..I can see a few heads on the block

Shaming crew members in front of guests and not finding a reason to explain the mishap is unnecessary and unprofessional. Sandy isn't consistent.

Hannah is shaming the crew by her sooky attitude. Captain has every right to ask guests how things are going because Sandy can sense something is not quite right with her chief stew.

@@freelancerconverse4413 having worked in the hospitality industry, I would say anyone with experience can tell the guest needs attention if there are no stew in sight. Instead of asking the guest about the obvious, Sandy could have just radio the crew to ask and get someone up. The guest shouldn't need to be asked what's wrong. Sandy was ok with a deck hand being a borderline alcoholic and gave a motivational talk. Hannah was obviously battling her own mental health issues but Sandy never took the time to show empathy or inspire her to do better.

Honesty you can see Hannah's not into her job anymore, she doesn't care and is going through the motions of her job, now that Bugsy is on the scene you can see a huge difference in work ethic, attitude and passion for her position. Bugsy should be chief stew. Hannah knows she is burning out, she doesn't want to admit it, the captain called her out on it.

Sandy is always bating guest for bad reviews. That is so not professional. The crew loses all their credibility with the guest when the captain teams with the guests like that.
