Colin, feeling homesick, quickly finds himself on the outs after trying to connect with the new deck crew. Travis after a few mishaps begins to question leadership, however, it’s his “work hard, play hard” mentality that comes into question by the rest of the crew. Jack ruffles feathers when the crew notices he’s putting more effort into pursuing a crew member than his actual job.

She really screwed up with Kiko though. All he needed was a little more direction.

At first I was all gung-ho seeing a woman as a captain but later on I changed my praises to utter disappointment the way she mishandled everything with the crew on later episodes. Her micromanaging proved to be a disaster especially with the way she failed to be supportive of a very good natured chef like Kiko who has a huge potential to succeed. But the worst part of it, was her failure to support her chief steward in Hannah who is the glue that held everything together. There was a similar incident with Capt Lee with a crew member who has prescribed medication and he handled it pretty well without vilifying the crew member who has a health condition unlike Capt Sandy who poorly handled Hannah’s mental state who by the way was carrying out her duties better than the two-timing snake like Malia. After which I’ve completely lost all interest to watch anymore future episodes of BDM since I can tell that they will lose viewers in the process no matter what they do from there on. Hannah is your leading character & no one will be able to replace her not even boring Bugsy who’s just a fly in the wall

You could really see he was doubting himself after and making bad dishes from bad criticism and not constructive ones. That was disappointing from Captain Sandy. And yes, I love Hannah!
