Here's some references you missed 2:23 The parachute option is a reference to PUBG, the parasol is a reference to Fortnite, and the wings are from Pilotwings 64. 8:53 The boomerang is from The Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker while the flute is from The Legend of Zelda: A link to the Past. 10:08 Henry's positron reflector looks exactly similar to Fox McCloud's reflector when using Down B 11:30 This one isn't a reference, but something interesting to add. The fail text was poking fun at the roll done by Henry. A barrel roll is an aerial maneuver in which an airplane makes a complete rotation on both its longitudinal and lateral axes, causing it to follow a helical path, approximately maintain its original direction. A few that were missed that I haven't seen anyone else comment: - During the diversion, the Mario bros can be seen doing their signature dance - Just behind them, four toppat members are doing the conga (specifically the Sniper's version) from Team Fortress 2 - The fight against Mr. MacBeth on the train is from Undertale - Using the claw while on the roof of the train causes Henry to get dragged into a river, followed by "H. Stickmin has drowned!" which is a reference to Rollercoaster Tycoon - Along with the other battle royale references, the Parachute has Henry and Ellie scavenge a car for weapons, referencing PUBG (Ellie can also be seen on the ground in a "downed" position during this, which is a more broad battle royale reference)

The death message in the top right hand corner is before "running with a knife" is a reference to the TF2 messages everyone gets when someone kills someone else. There is also a TF2 reference when trying to get on the rocket during the military attack, where Henry can disguise as one of the soldiers twin brothers, which results in a failure. This references the disguise kit Spy's have and how they always get found out and die.

It should be noted that 1: you can click on the crew mates for an achievement, and 2: the umbrella reference is actually multiple layers of references on top of each other. Henry and Ellie both glide in on umbrella’s that look very similar to the victory umbrella item in Fortnite (a glider you obtain from your very first win) and that in turn is a reference to how marry popins glides with her umbrella

You missed something for your Nintendo references. In the same spot where you can decide to charge, there is also style on ‘Em. If you choose that one, Henry jumps on one of the men, with the word style popping up. This is a reference to Paper Mario, where if you do a move well, the word style will appear (or something like that.)
