A . B . E . When you go near the blue truck while escaping by yourself with Henry, the disguise option will make him wear a snowman costume, which is a reference to the Frosty the Snowman prank

By chosing the Force option, Henry will be lifted by Ellie, and he will fall just right to a button that he then presses, and it releases all the prisoners. If you look carefully, you'll notice one of them is actually referencing Jacksepticeye.

No, it is a Dragonborn helmet. Viking helmets never had horns in them. They actually had animal fur for insulation. Skyrim popularized the horns on the helmet.

Horns have been depicted on viking helmets for as long as I can remember. Hell, there's a Carmen Sandiego game where a character comments on how they didn't have horns. That was in like, 1998 or so. Also the Iron Helmet in Skyrim is gray and made of metal with the horns pointed forwards, while the helmet here is brown, likely leather, with upward horns. It's not the iconic Skyrim helm.
