As a trumpet player, it was really hard to get past Arturo Sandoval's big, fat, blistering F above double-high C near the beginning of this clip. Wow! But the solos here are also very nice: Paquito (clarinet, alto sax), Slide Hampton (trombone), and Claudio--all wonderful. I especially liked their solo trade-offs near the end of this clip. Nice!

@forizzlewtf1 Pretty much. I've seen a few jazz pianists do this, it's truly incredible. If he were personally mic'd, you'd probably hear him singing the notes he's playing. The last time I actually saw that happen was at Dizzy's Club Coca Cola in Jazz at Lincoln Center in NY.

Just because you don't like their style doesn't mean they aren't musicians. Have you ever bothered to look at what else Slipknot's band members have done? Their lead singer, Corey Taylor, is in a wide variety of bands.
