This is indeed my dream house. Since I already live in Olympia I am already aclamated to the weather. The view is much nicer than the vid shows. I love how the house is laid out. The bedrooms are huge and the kitchen is a great space. Everything is just what I would want. However......whatever the price is, it isn't on the vid, it is way more than I could ever dream of having and a house like that would need a complete set of new furnature and the advice of an interior decorator. Oh well.

Kitchen is lovely, but small. There is no pool and at the price, there should be. House is very nicely designed. For the area, it is VERY over priced. Most waterfront homes in this area (even designer ones) go for less than $2M.

I would be immediately talking them down off this price, due to the fact so much of it would have to change. The kitchen needs a better look, the master suite is too small, especially the bathroom. Wow, the shower is tiny. Major work would have to be done to this house. The major thing is there is no flow to this house.
