It doesn't matter 1. because he was not exiting to the left and 2. you still need to stay right on any interstate and then get into the left to exit if that's the case. There was no one else in front of him, he had no reason to be in the left lane. Period. However, the left lane rules don't apply on surface streets because of left hand turns.

@@Aj_0400 No. He was going faster than the far right lane. The left lane was wide open (and so was the middle lane) and he should not have been camped there. In most states, that's a citation. In all states, it's ridiculous. And it contributes to unnecessary more dangerous situations. I may have understood it had he been taking the left hand exit that he was still quite a ways from, but he didn't even exit there. No excuse to sit over there.

If you take the two speeders that pass him out of the equation, the cammer is going faster then the rest of the cars on that stretch of road. He passes the car in the 3# lane at 2:40. and about to pass the car in the #2 lane when the video speeds up at 2:47

My thing has always been, I'll gladly move over if I want to go slower or with most of the traffic flow, but If I'm going faster than most, and you want to go even faster then you find your own time to get around me.

Saying "slower traffic keep right" is kind of misleading because yes, the cammer was going faster than traffic on the right, but they were not passing anyone. The left lane is for passing. You are supposed to travel in the right lane until you need to pass someone, pass someone, and then move back over to the right lane.

That's actually my clip, driver did the same thing as the passenger and got out of the car before it stopped moving (which is insane). He had a back injury so he laid down alongside the car in pain. You can check my channel for the full video, it was a very confusing scene and they both were extremely dazed by the impact/airbags.
