Definitely a scam. Last car I bought dealer said I didn't qualify for said rebate. I said I'm positive I do let me look on my phone to see the manufacturer website. Immediately it was my mistake I think your right. So yes that's a scam.

Not a scam? Its like saying the 3 card monte guy is just trying to make a profit. Every car dealership tries 1-5 scams
