RTO brokerage....i would like to make u clear for 2 wheelers for signing each vehicle file RTO officer took as rishwat....pure rishwat.....for car its approx 5000....no matter RTO has issued guidelines for price break up ...but if u will go for doing RTO by ownself...u will not succeed...and ur file will never signed unless any jack, or extra money u didn't pay... I know this fact as knowing this industry very very closely
