( सीएनजी वेरियंट का टेस्ट राईड किसी भी डीलरशिप के यहा महाराष्ट्र मे अवेलेबल नही है.. ) पर वहा पर मुझे एक साल का वेटिंग बताया गया और उसके साथ ये भी बताया गया की , 1. अगर आप हमारे शोरूम से 85000 रूपये के ॲक्सेसरीज पॅकेज परचेस करते हो , और 2. हमारे शोरूम से 70% लोन करते हो और 3. हमारे ही शोरूम पर आपने पुरानी कार एक्सचेंज करते हो .. तो आपको वही मारुती ईरटीका सीएनजी गाडी 3 से 4 महिने मे आपको delivery किया जयेगा.. फिर मैं car Book करके डीस appoint होकर घर आ गया.. pls हेल्प मी आउट. ये सभी डीलर लोगो ने इतना बडा ट्रॅप बनाकर रखा है कस्टमर के लिए , मुश्किल है उसमे से बाहर निकलना.. और मैने फिर घर पर आकर मारुती ईरटीका सीएनजी मॉडेल ऑनलाईन बुकिंग करके भी देख लिया पर फिर भी उसका कुछ उपयोग नही हुआ क्यूकी मारुती कंपनी के कॉल सेंटर से मुझे कॉल आया और उन्होने मुझे बताया की आपको गाडी डीलर ही देने वाला है .. डीलर जितना वेटिंग पिरियड बताता है उतनाही वेटिंग पिरियड आपको डिलिव्हरी के लिए लगेगा .. आप गाडी ऑनलाईन बुकिंग करू या ऑफलाइन बुकिंग करो .. वेटिंग पिरेड मे कुछ कमी नही आ सकती .. अब आप ही बताईये के अगर मे मेरी पुरानी गाडी शोरूम के पास एक्सचेंज करता करता हु , तभी वही एक साल का वेटिंग पिरीएड तीन महिने पर कैसे आ सकता है.. ? अगर मे वही डीलर के पास सेवेंटी पर्सेंट लोन करता हु तो मेरा वेटिंग कैसे कम हो सकता है.? और मै ८५००० रुपीस का ॲक्सेसरीज पॅकेज डीलर से लेता हु , परचेस करता हु , तो मेरा वेटिंग कैसे कम हो सकता है..? और यही तीन सवाल मैने मारुती कंपनी के कॉल सेंटर से जिस व्यक्ती का फोन आया था उसे पूछा , लेकिन उसने भी साफ साफ केह है दिया के ऐसा कोई कंपनी नही बताती के आप अपनी पुरानी गाडी हमारे डीलर के पास एक्स्चेंज करो और हमारे डीलर से कंपल्सरी ॲक्सेसरीज पॅकेज परचेस करू और हमारे शोरूम से आप 70% लोन करो.. तभि मुझे समझ मे आया की ये डीलर लोगों का एक बना बनाया जाल है .. जिसमे हर कोई बुकिंग करने वाला ग्राहक पकड मे आता है.. और कंपनी की तरफ से मेरी कोई शिकायत भी दर्ज नही की गयी ..

BH Registration is Invoice Amount excluding GST or Exshowroom Price. Calculator on your website indicates ex showroom price. For example, Ex Showroom Price of 11 lakhs would come in slab under 10 lakhs if we consider invoice amount without GST. Percent would be 8 percent instead of 10 percent. Kindly clarify

I have booked XUV300 W4 Petrol in October 2021 and we paid initial amount for booking and everything written on paper that we will get the car in the last week of December and the sales person Initially contact on regular basis saying get loan approved, we taken loan from outside as from known bank after that suddenly he stopped calling. On 21 December we went to showroom as there was no information from Dealer that what as the status, after going there we came to know that they don't have car and saying waiting is 4 month and will get the car at end of January(Just saying don't know we will get or not). We booked that for a occasion but aren't happy with these kind of thing. What should we do in this case please suggest. I also try to join your XUV300 whatsapp group but it's already full.

Yeh bhi bata do ki BH series only valid for 2 years. after that you need to reregister at full price. so basically waste of money. And effective price is higher with BH for 5 or 15 years. Yes initially it seems less because you are paying for 2 years instead of 5. But ultimately you end up paying 2-3x
