as a car enthusiast and hopefully future car designer, this gives me hope that if i keep practicing ill get it. looks like you came a long way (not saying the early drawings aren't good). thanks for the vid!

It seems the things that helped you improve as far as realism is the proportions and body reflections which helped make a more convincing car. I myself had, and sometimes still struggle with the proportions when I start to draw a car. Once you have the body drawn perfectly you are good to go (except for the rims, thats the last thing I draw).

thanks my friend :D For the deep blacks I use charcoal, be sure to use a blender or a tissue paper to smudge :)

What brand of pencils do you use for your most recent drawings? Such as the rear view of the Bugatti. I'm really interested in taking my shading up to that level rather than basic pencil shading without the chrome-ish lighting.

depends on the size, recently I've been drawing on A2 so around 19-22 hours, range took me 8 cause it was A3

what instruments do you use? i use to draw just schetckes white-black with shadows and i use just a pencil, i`m a little afraid to use colour , and my shadows and reflection are not so fine...

That's a big part of art-- drawing what you see. And I know there's maybe a copyright issue, but you really can't find most of these cars very often in person to take a picture of.

@PuchItAsshole I use charcoal, then smudge it according to the degree, the color it to give it that "color" shadow effect ! hope this helped
