It was 144000 km run. EMI wasn't available as some dealers only offer finances for cars later than 2016 only or only after a certain amount, like 10k minimum price. So it's up to the dealer. Some may charge 10-12% interest for acar financing which is not worth it

Car scam has a lot of things man. 1. If you are getting a mind blowing deal, like a car selling for 9k for 3k, then definitely a red flag and needs repair or it is stolen. 2. Going to meet a dealer not at his showroom with a car but in the middle somewhere. 3. Seller asking you to buy without safety or he doesn't have insurance. 4. Buying As-is, most as-is cars have defects and need instant repair that can go anywhere from 2k to 10k and more. 5. Hard push for sale is always a red flag, any good car you need will get off the market in 2 weeks. If you see it standing at a dealer or showroom for over a month, there's something wrong. 6. Verify the license plate, carfax and claims, a lot of people fix the meter and make fake reports. 7. Never trust a third party warranty, a lot of people offer that for $500 for 2-3 years etc.. worthless and waste. mostly scams.

It's absolutely crazy.. All options beyond 2014 were over 10k, which was ridiculous. Even when we bought this.. it should've been 5k max, but we paid 7k plus taxes. Honestly, sometimes i feel like this country has no leaders and just people sitting and letting things happen on their own

I wanted to, but.. here are the problems - 1. Roof height low. 2. We have our artworks to put in the car so we need more space. 3. When you're driving on highways and trucks and subs drive next to you, it can sometimes become awkward. 4. 1k more expensive 5. This car offers separate seats at the back, which is more suited for parents :) To be honest, we came for RAV 4, but it was not in a good condition. We also saw a Santafe but the documents were all over the place. Almost 2 months of running around to get a car that too for 2x the price. Its not easy here.
