Yea doing that but Carfax only reports accidents recorded and submitted any outside repairs are not recorded with mechanics and auto shops not registered with Carfax

It’s better to buy a new one instead of getting an old one at same price. Tension free. In today’s time if your budget is very low then you will get what you are paying for.

What is safety ?

Safety is basically a certificate and approval that is given by an auto shop that your car is safe for the road. It includes checks on thungs that matter like engine, oil, etc, so that the car is not accident prone. It's not exactly repair, but it is something that i dicates that the car is road worthy and not a threat on the road to breakdown, burn, or cause any major issue.
