I am also waiting what modders can do with this. Can´t wait to put Bentley W12 to Beetle. Also I made an engine to Beam, I got Bugatti Chiron for Beam but the Bugatti had only same engine options than Ferrari 458 have. Because I know how to fiddle with the engines in Beam so I made a proper 8 litre W16 engine for the Bugatti. Biggest problem was the reliability, I had to increase the block and parts strenght for quite a lot before it was enough strong.

I've explained this before but here is the short version. The swaps are family based. To make swaps work as you are describing them the game assets would need to be edited.

I fully modified a challenger and swapped in a v8 ohv hemi.. It made 745hp.. Then I took it out and swapped it in a bolt chapman.. Dyno'd it and it did 681hp?

If you really want to get realistic, as long as the engine isn't bigger than engine bay you can swap anything in. Some of them will just require *quite some* conversion.

Well, yeah. To clarify, I mean more as in, realistic for a medium sized mechanics shop to do. Basically putting a turbo or supercharger on or swapping to another engine that doesn't require massive changes to the supporting structure of the car. (Way different exhausts, different mounting points, etc.)

you can do anything if you have some bits of metal and a welder! (look at B is for build, they've just made an entire custom chassis for an M5 V10 powered 240z, in what is basically a 2 car garage.)

I did for the supercharged and one of those pickup trucks and I did a Ford F350 and put a supercharged engine in it

Some of cars engines used lead to keep them running and need additive or do head work that's what my uncle did Highest got on dino was just under 1500 Wonder what fuel economy is on some these engines

I don't like how some of the performance exhaust manifolds are still manifolds. I was kind of expecting performance exhaust headers not manifolds! Yes I know its only on a few engines but even so.

kyle pennypacker Aren’t headers/manifolds the same thing? In England you just buy manifolds. So, log type or 4-1 etc manifolds

Bradley Cruse Hm, I didn't know that. I am from the USA and here you buy manifolds which are logs and only logs. But headers are different as they are tubular and the 4-1 design or whatever your engine is. Interesting difference between the US and UK

Yanked bad motor and build brand new motor from car got from auction It was coyote and car value jumped 80k and still got old just got put piston and throw in diffent ride Was going buy sweet ride but motor was 6 with no option to swap so I passed cause there was no money it Drop coyote in cobra and get big pay day

I’m in the same position, just bought a Plymouth since I create a v8 2 carb supercharged ohc engine , it’s the same block and the info of the car mention the possibility of convertion .

Most frustrating game EVER. Tutorial is totally rubbish and tells you exactly nothing of any importance. 1/10. wouldnt recommend.
