The green Audi, the customer (annoying as they were) is absolutely correct that the refunds policy needs to be stated at every possible point of sale. So if it is on the desktop, but you can buy a tyre from a mobile device, it needs to be stated on the mobile site too. Furthermore, distance selling regulations mean that if goods are purchased online, without the ability to inspect them in first person, the goods can be rejected upon arrival and a full refund must be given to remain within UK law. I notice there is a clear refund policy on your mobile site now, but you still need to comply with distance selling regulations and your refund policy cannot trump a consumers statutory rights as set out in distance selling regulations. I think you handled the situation pretty well considering the stress of it all, but I wanted to give you a heads up as a legal expert, that your current refund policy would not stand up in a court of law because it is otherwise in accordance with distance selling regulations in current UK law. Trying to think of a way around it to achieve what you're trying to achieve (which is totally understandable given the costs involved in driving a tyre out to a customer), but legally it's a tricky one. If i were you I'd try to find a consumer law expert and ask for their advice. I think a possible way around this is to take a "deposit for services" rather than a payment for goods, but you need to look into it because you're a bit more exposed than you think you are. Intended as helpful friendly advice, nothing more.

I've just watched your previous video. I think I recognise that bloke and car from a delivery I did in December. I attempted delivery of 8 pallets of what I assume to be cheap tat to some back street lock up in Birmingham. Aston, if I remember correctly. He didnt book for a tail lift truck. Just a curtainsider. I got their and found he didnt have a fork lift and didnt want to handball it. I would have been willing to help hand ball it off but he said if I were to unload it, then he be holding me liable for any damages. There was no damage, but I wasnt risking it. He kicked off cos we didnt have a tail lift, he wanted his money back and his goods delivered. My boss aint a type of bloke to piss about. So he rang a transport company nearby to take the goods off of my wagon and to deliver when the guy pays them their fee. I took it to the transport off in Tipton and thats the last I heard from it. But he didnt get the money back and we do not know if he had got his goods as my boss blocked his number. He given me a load of chew. Mind, I have a very very understanding boss. My boss knows and allows me to treat customers the way they treat me as aslong as I told my boss first and given the customer a couple of chances to calm down and be respectful. So I given the customer a mouthful and pushed him against the wall and he tried standing in front of my 12 ton Daf as I pulled carefully forward

As a fisherman i can tell ya for a fact they will barred from that fishery 1 for driving to the peg when its clearly not safe and that if it had gone in the lake it could of killed all the fish which cost thousands and thousands to stock and the fact they threw there rubbish out in spite towards the fishery is shameful

The biggest thing I noticed lacking throughout this whole video on their part: Brains. Who takes an Audi down a muddy path right next the lake after it looks like it's been raining and doesn't expect it to get stuck? And the rubbish! That urked me to no end! Good on ya for getting them unstuck though. Won't even comment on the green Audi video. Had my fair share of dolts though.

I thought Audi's were supposed to be all wheel drive 😂😂😂 after seeing the video I do hope the fisheries prosecutes them for damage and littering (£150 fine for littering in a public place), my very first job in the late 70s was working for the local wildlife conservation trust we found it was the people with the fancy cars who thought they could do what they wanted.
