Any suggestions for repairing a usb port on the newer avh models with the port in rear of unit?

***TIPS*** 1/. With solder wicks, I find they don't have enough flux embedded in them so I always dip the end of the wick into some Rosin Flux before using it, I found I get twice as much solder on the wick and thus a spool would last three times longer ;) dropped yo all a like.. 2/. With filing small bits I find it's easier to clamp the file down flat, that way the fiddly bit can be filed nice and flat by an in and out ?! no wait! I mean side to side momentum..

My car stereo usb suddenly stop without sound but usb is playing and tuner also perfect working with sound. I tried usb in my laptop it playing perfectly with sound. Please suggest me how to make setting in sony XAV 650 MODEL

There is no problem for usb. But it's keep loarding and not playing.. how to fix it....?

Most car radio has a reset button behind the face plate did you try to reset it ?

He is not buying actual shape port and wasting too much time to repair. Also he is not very professional for desoldering through hole components removal. It’s advice that when desoldering through holes increase the soldering iron temperature by Atleast 40 to 50 degree Celsius. This might help solder flows faster to wick,also add some flux to wick then heated up solder to be removed.

Why not just re-pin it ?? Easier an last for ever . Nintendo work great whe re-pin & when i gold plate the game cartage circuit contacts . just saying. Video 👍 fast DIY repair nice . i would do ur method when on a budget , cheap & economic nice
