You miss the most important aspect of the carsharing experience which is the breakdown of the costs like how much per hour rental and how much per km of petrol....and how much you guys spent for the how many hours and how far u guys travelled

@@ZXTech that's why...atleast maybe can tell about how much is the price per km of driving. There's 2 costs....rental costs and distance costs. Rental example $9 per hour x how many hours u rent & distance costs example $0.40 per km and u travelled 100km. So total costs is rental + distance costs. That sort of thing

Exactly and users just leave their trash behind expecting others to clear it for them. Vehicle also not properly maintained, hence a possibility that it might not be safe to drive at times.

Anybody encountered bad customer service? They just ignore your chat questions. Experience recently with the Bluetooth unable to connect to the car and unable to lock and end the rental after return. Customer service only tells you to restart the app and restart the Bluetooth, even all this fail they will stop talking to you over the chat. Really bad customer service practise if they fail to solve problems.

Don't rent from this company they not o ly charge for rental but also for mileages used which i feel its two cost other company charge for car used only and no mileage Although car is good and clean. But i feel people rent car to be driven why double pricing

Not sure if still relevant. I wanted to rent for few hours to settle some errands. Do you need to park at the same location where you take the vehicle after using it? What if someone is already using the lot or is it the lot intended only for GetGo vehicle? I heard they put a petrol card in the sun visor and need to top up the vehicle full tank when you return it? Is it true?

The Sienta is actually a very nice vehicle. Well conceived. Was seriously considering getting one as a second ride because my current daily driver isn't much of a practical mover.

getgo fail to check vehicle always, even fail to pay season parking, their service qlty is horrible, not reliable. car faulty the livechat staff blur and dare to send wrong picture of engine to advise you. one thing excellent is they charge you very timely. but service is terrible. seems they never improve.

If used for short distance using this company it’s worth it cos low mileage charge. But if for long distance, the green company more worth cos flat rental charge though need to pump petrol. If lucky, sometimes previous user left more than quarter for you to use.
