yes, it should work on all autoimmune disease.But you have to take like he said the chemo before you get the CAR-T.cells

it is still not clear to me why we need the engineered t-cells to attack the reactive b-cells. Shouldn't Cytoxan given first supposed to kill them all anyway? Another Q: the new incoming b-cells may still be re-active, right? Does CART therapy increase the chance of the new B-cells to be healthy?
