Brandi, would you be willing to kick it up a notch and show your natural community that kinky curly gray heads can also achieve a beautiful medley of rich color on a natural flat twist or double-standard twist-out? Many times, if we use color on gray our hair turns yellow, pink, or very brassy. Would you be willing to give us some hope? We would greatly appreciate it.

Hi! Have a question. I’m dying my hair at home. To do highlights I know I can part and color , but I wanted to go a lighter brown before I did so. Could I part of the sections of my hair that will be highlighted , and then go in with the remaining hair that is not sectioned to highlight , and dye a lighter brown .. or should I js do my whole head light brown then go in after a few weeks and highlight it?? please let me know 🙏🏽

If you’re doing it yourself it would be easiest to apply the light brown base first and then apply the highlights during a different session.

Hairstylists have individual languages when it comes to hair color placements lol so just show your stylist/colorist the video so they can see the technique instead. I hope it turns out pretty 💛💛
