What a great video! I am so obsessed with this color, this is exactly what I want. I'm curious about the porosity, as I never understood why the front of my hair was a different texture than the back and usually gets more dry and frizzy BUT now I know. The back to middle of my hair is so much softer, shiner and stays straight better than the front or middle ends. Is there a way I can repair this at home or should I cut it? Btw, I have fine strand hair. Thank you!!

@@seczee411 High Riser is pre bonded and compatible with blonding/foiling services- also offers 9 levels of lift. Lightmaster offers 8 levels of lift and compatible with on/off scalp applications. Both are great products- it really boils down to how you use them.

I remember. For one people had weekly or bi-monthly appointments-and kept them. Prices were reasonable and not meant to put stylist in the tax brackets of attorneys or pay for hot girl summers- even when stylist raised their prices. They did what their stylist told them to do, ROLLER SETS were a big thing (rarely did I see anyone go from bowl to blowdry) and the only people who I saw with damaged hair were younger girls who owned their own curling iron or anyone who curled their hair every day or didn't take care of their natural or relaxed hair properly. Even box relaxers were not an issue because you followed the instructions and then you "wet-set" your hair then wrapped it each night and only bumped it when you needed to. You got your trims regularly, you got your presses regularly (for the naturals), and you "slept pretty", slept with rollers (again no overuse of hot tools), and or wrapped your hair at night. Healthy hair of any kind doesn't take that much.

Thank you for thus wonderful education. A lot of other stylist mention not to put hair in protective styles cuz they are damaging. So your vid made me wonder what styles do you suggest that we do other than protective styling?

💖You're welcome! Protective styling isn't necessarily bad, but it's all about balance. I always suggest going to a haircare professional because they should be able to help you reach your hair goals.
