Love the collaboration & delicious dessert. Pro tip: the water in the baking pan is called a Bain Marie is is hot water bath. It adds gentle heat steam to the oven & helps your cheesecake to not crack. With the wonderful topping you wouldn’t see it but it’s a great discipline for baking custard desserts. Thank you, AB! What cookie did you end up using? It looks like they used a ginger snap type of cookie but never actually said what they were using, and neither does the recipe. I just want a cookie that's gonna set the caramel off. TIA!!

@@camerondorn248 i Ended up using the Biscoff Lotus cookie mixed with GingerBread cookies in a blender for the crust then a Biscoff Lotus cookie with Whipped cream to top it .

Should turn out, only issue I had was there was no ingredient amounts when I printed it out. Looks like everything might turn out except the crust. It may be too thin. Looks like a good recipe/idea. I WILL try to make the bacon cheesecake. Beef bacon or pork bacon? Thanks Robert and AB!
