Favourite school lunches dessert was and is cornflake tart and custard. It is a pastry case with a layer of cornflakes in golden syrup, hot custard liberally poured over. Yummmmm!!!!!!

That’s actually the first time I’ve ever heard anybody say not to stir the sugar and water while it was caramelizing. Every time I’ve ever seen anyone do what they always say the storage continuously so it doesn’t burn on the bottom of the pan. Thank you so much for the tip just so you know I love all the stuff that you guys do I’ve tried to re-create a few things but you guys are so professional and make everything look so beautiful I can never quite get it the way you do… LOL but I love you guys tell Jenna I said awesome job on her shop. I made the wet caramel following sally's measurements and tips and techniques... and im quite happy to say that for the first time my caramel is perfectly deep amber coloured, perfectly thick, did not cease, is not grainy or lumpy, has not burnt... BUT ITS UTTERLY DELICIOUS! I MADE A GOOD AMOUNT OF IT!❤ I LOVE THE CJ GANG THEY GIVE THE PERFECT NO FAIL RECIPE EVERY SINGLE TIME👍👍👍😉😉 THEY ARE MY FAV FOR A REASON🤫🤗🤗 HENCE PROVED💯

On eid celebration, we literally eat honey caramel cornflakes in tiny cupcake cups. It's one of the famous sweets here in Malaysia because it's super easy to make.. Just mix in honey, melted butter, and pour it on the cornflakes then mix. Put it in individual tiny cupcake cups. Throw it in the oven then take it out to let the honey and butter caramel to set and you are done! So much easier than normal caramel and sooo much tastier

I made these yesterday and daaaamn it's good! Unfortunately I did not use silpat but baking paper and half of my caramel cornflake stuck to the paper :( But we had enough for all the cupcakes so I would make the recipe amount for a double batch.
