Today's recipe - soft and creamy Caramel Toffee . I am using only 3 ingredients that are commonly available in our kitchens to prepare this sweet delight. It's an easy and delicious recipe .....do try it and enjoy with your loved ones

Sugar Powder 1and 1/4 cup or 240 gms
Full Cream Milk 1 cup or 240 ml
Milk Powder 1/2 cup or 70 gms
Butter 3 tsp
Vanilla Essence 1/2 tsp optional

Hello, sorry for the late reply. If you follow the procedure it will not melt. However the temperature is high during summers so you may keep it in the fridge to avoid melting

For the desired taste and texture please use the ingredients mentioned in the recipe video

u can use milk instead of cream as shown in the video and instead of butter u can try using ghee which is usually available in any Desi house. u can avoid vanilla essence its optional. u just cant ignore milk powder but maybe i saw in other video people using glucose syrup, so maybe try that. But milk powder is easily available than glucose syrup in some places.
