We were in Whitby this time last year and the weather was very different, definite danger from the waves. It’s a great place a friend of ours was born there and her 80 year old husband still manages the 199 steps better than I can. I’m with you on Jet. PS just watching Villages by the Sea BBC2 7pm tonight Monday, piece about Jet, really interesting.

I think Jet like Blue John, from the Blue John mine ( Derbyshire) is a bit expensive but well worth it !

Yes we did go to Robin Hood’s bay. We’ve both had some sort of virus and walking back up was hard work 😵‍💫
