We were in Whitby this time last year and the weather was very different, definite danger from the waves. It’s a great place a friend of ours was born there and her 80 year old husband still manages the 199 steps better than I can. I’m with you on Jet. PS just watching Villages by the Sea BBC2 7pm tonight Monday, piece about Jet, really interesting.

Have you been to Robin Hoods Bay? steep walk down to the sea but worth a visit .

Yes we did go to Robin Hood’s bay. We’ve both had some sort of virus and walking back up was hard work 😵💫
