To answer a few questions that I have been receiving- . Can I have it? / Will you sell it? I will not give this away or sell it but I am willing to make one just like it. In fact I am in the process of making one for someone now. If you are truly interested then email me. My email is always in the video description. If you are wondering how much it will cost, please remember that it is a custom composite piece made from all carbon fiber materials (even the 3D prints) and an exotic metal blade edge with reinforcing internal structure, that takes a month to build... by hand, AND cost for materials alone is roughly 1k. Basically what I'm trying to say is that it is expensive and will take a long time. . . When is this video coming out? Now. lol Honestly though, this video took me longer to edit than probably any video I've done in the past. I'm still not 100% happy with it but my editing software would not stop crashing and erasing sections that existed in previous saves. I've never experienced anything like it. That is why it took so long. Everytime I would get close to finishing the edit it would happen again. What's your next project? I was planning on doing a major video game weapon but it was contingent on a sponsorship that didn't happen. So now I need to pick a new project and you can help. My current 3 ideas are 1. Finally do Aquaman!!!! 2. Axes from Valhalla Assassin's Creed 3. Something from Cyberpunk 2077 (I plan on doing multiple things from this game)

What's important is that you got some cuts in, got some footage, and didn't destroy the sword. Oh and nobody got hurt. Well done. Yeah, it's got such a wide blade and (relatively) obtuse main bevel that any little off angle in your first cut and the thing will deflect like crazy. That's not your fault, just a byproduct of a video game sword design! That's also the reason I was worried you'd try to cut something too dense or strong...your blade edge is sharp, but as soon as it starts cutting in the rest of that width has to fit into that cut, so the sword starts wedging in and the edge is no longer even doing much of the contact. It puts a lot of stress on the body of the blade. You can see that most clearly in your watermelon footage. But the things you chose to cut were appropriate I think. That last cut with the dummy had me worried that you might mega-smash into that support though!

The best replica of Cloud's iconic sword (which happens to be my favorite game weapon EVER) that I've ever seen. Cloud, Zack, and Angeal would all be proud. It's the only one I've ever seen that's actually usable as well. I just subscribed and hope to see more. Great job man!

Commercially since it takes a month n 1k of materials, it'd cost in excess of $2k if it were mass produced probably.
@kettenschlosd4 жыл бұрын
@@mimszanadunstedt441 probably not, materials are cheaper in bulk and production becomes more economic the more swords you want. Our realistic market for this thing would be about 9 billion, since i cant imagine anyone not wanting one so it could go as low as 1k if equipping the entire world is our endgoal.
