That fitment seems off…the top clips aren’t all the way engaged, and the bottom outermost corners don’t align?

Not sure what you’re talking about. Fitment was spot on and everything is aligned. Has been on the car for nearly a year with no issues.

By the way, this video was fantastic and I just finished my install thanks to you (had it on 0.5 speed), just noticed that at 12:44 - driver side was hanging lower, but the other side was flush. Same thing happened to me which is why i noticed, but I pushed the whole diffuser up and in and the clips engaged fully (gotta get that audible click)! Now if only I could get these mirror caps on…
