End product looking good! I believe composite envisions makes a vacuum bagging product for this type of process where the bag stretches to conform to curvatures, perhaps you already considered or were aware... *edit, airtech stretchlon is the product.

bought it, tried it, had nothing but trouble. Lots of pinhole leaks with that product so far.
