Good to see you out and about been following for the C1500R build and it's inspired my own project I'd like to get rolling soon. Would love to see an update but no rush I understand all too well now the complexity of what you are doing. Until next time, Cheers!

Did you ever get your THC working properly? I ask because I'm building a similar setup with a Pokeys57CNC controller, Proma PlasmaSens THC, and the Everlast PowerPlasma 82i so I was hoping they all play together.

Hello, I have literally just stumbled across your CNC Plasma cutter build project and it is super inspiring me to give it a go. Thank you for that. Excellent commentary that instills confidence in future builders of these machines like me. Well done and thank you. I have one question if you don`t mind. Given the issues you mention with the plasma cutting machine, if you could match up a new plasma cutting machine (you may have already done so by now), what machine would you recommend for the control system and gantry you have demoed here. I thank you in advance for any recommendation you can give. Cheers!!... Chris

Try the 3M 71 Composite spray adhesive. It is magic for infusion. Leaves no residue in the cured part

People need to come to terms with the fact that 99% of stuff is manufactured in China and just rebranded with the companies logo. Yes there are some absolute junk out there but majority of its great. Even things like forged rods are all manufactured in china and just laser etched with a logo. All the big brands are manufactured in china as it simply lowers the business overheads.

Where do you get the regular trimmer portion without chamfer/debur parts? Nice video and good demonstration even 8 years later.

Happy to see an update!! I check your channel from time to time to see how this beast is coming along. I am taking notes for my OBS and wanting to do a ground up build like this, just different engine/trans etc. Hope all is well. Can't wait to see more progress.

thank you for the update and the tips on getting quality parts for cheap im using the stock car parts to build my project (im not comfortable enough for youtube but i document my work on instagram and this is my first major project.) im v8 swapping a mitsubishi chariot minivan and doing a single turbo, i love trying odd things so im doing a standalone ecu, dbw, e boost control, and trying my hand at composite body pannels and a self made bulheaded engine and chassis harness. anymore tips and ideas you can provide on a large projects like these?
