4:14 Circular bull nose, interesting. I think a super-ellipse is (one of) the best shapes for a leading edge aerodynamically. If you could find the balsa even in ellipse shape rather than a circle that would be awesome, I think. Even an ellipse with an aspect ratio of 2:1 would be better than a circle. Hi another great video! I'm working on a project similar to yours but I use nomex honeycomb as sandwhich. I was wondering how you prepared the profile for the end plates. I saw that you used a profile of 3.5 mm but in what shape? Would you use the same design with the nomex? Thank you
