thanks for sharing. Only problem is you should be wearing mask to cut it. Protect your lungs! More important than eyewear! I been wanting to make underbody panel using fiberglass. Thanks for vid.

Well done buddy, every gram counts 👏 👍. Inspired me for my mx5 turbo aspirations for a flatt floor.. I have a splitter, and just recieved my mini gp2 rear diffuser......Soooo just Need to connect them together with a FLAT BOTTOM Floor..this may be my solution.. keep up the good work 👏 🙌

I was guessing 18 pounds for the complete aluminum floor and just under half that for the composite one. Quite a way off on the aluminum guess but pretty close on the composite.

Hello Ruskiweldfab: I was under the impression that a slight bend to the undertray ( center about 1.5 inches - 50 mm lower than the front and rear wheel area) would produce more LOW PRESSURE = OR MORE SUCTION DOWN , than a straight flat floor.... Any thoughts or experiences with that?

can you spell the material name you used? Ive never heard of that before and i was about to get into making carbon parts. Something cheaper for a start would be good to know
