Carbon vs Black Comparison Superfeet Insoles Thin as a Knife!

I chose the carbon insoles because the forefoot is thinner, which will leave more room in the toe box area of my tight fitting shoes, soccer turf shoes currently. I also like the rounded heal cup of the carbons which will be better for sports and soccer. And the arch support which is the main reason I'm getting Superfeet insoles.

Black are my go-to, unless the shoe is very unspacious then it's the carbon.
