We are very appreciate of your videos and would like to see more of your experiences, especially for act 2 and 3 and how it went. I'm sure you guys can make them all great, you can't miss on inspiration with BG3 with all the stuff in it. XD I also found out some stuff last weekend, like when you meet the tieflings holding Lae'Zel hostage as a drow they attack you immediatly, but if you disguise yourself as someone of another race they will talk to you normally, then you can betray them after telling them you would help to get Astarion (if you have him in your party at that time) be inspired by you changing sides. XD

That a misstake that many people can actually do since you don't really know what that char is at the beginning , it can be confusing with custom char. It was also my first choice because i wanted to play a dragonborn but i did realize during the char creation that maybe it wasn't the right origin so i did change it before starting my first game.

My group had Aaron the trader in the Druid Grove run over and one shot Alfira the aspiring bard after we kept knocking her out for a certain cinematic to occur, so I thought it would be funny to take her corpse and drop it in the middle of the Goblin camp. This resulted in 3 characters running away with the Dark Urge Bard dying lol. Everyone was shocked when this random trader seemed to wander over and maybe fight us for bullying poor Alfira only for him to use some fireblasting monk punch to insta kill her.

When I saw the Durge pocket everything including bodies, giving "Loot Goblin" a whole new meaning, I knew I had to show the series to a friend of mine who had never of heard of Carbot - because the first time we talked about the game she told me how her Shadowheart is "carrying all the important corpses just in case"... huh?! What case?! So I knew she would identify very strongly with these videos. And she did!

I have Karlach carry several smaller corpses (goblin etc) in case I need to make a skeleton or zombie (or mummy with the ring in act 3) because they only weigh 40kg so she can carry 4 of them meaning we always have instant extra teammates if needed

My first playthrough with friends I had a night where I got pretty drunk by the end of it, and for some reason I started picking up dead imps and then sending them to my teammate who promptly got overburdened and very confused about why he had corpses in his inventory. Now we regularly prank each other by throwing corpses in each others inventory.

What makes these cartoons so good (not just the BG3 ones) is that it's clear you guys DID play the games and had the same experiences as so many of us, so we can see our own experiences reflected in the events of the cartoons and the reactions of the characters. It really brings the whole thing together.

What I'm thinking is that the webbing interacts with the levers in the same way that shooting an arrow or throwing an object at the levers would

​@@TeamPlasmaSC the problem with that thinking is that both levers are beside each other. So an aoe web attack following the arrow interaction would hit both. And that seems highly improbable and the web jamming it outright seems much right

Using an ice spell or a web spell works because it jams up the gears, meaning it has to stop. Shooting it you have to be specific because you’re hitting the lever and not the gears.

You mentioned about using the webbing to stop the windmill, which was completely random that most wouldn't even think of trying and it blowing your minds, my group had similar experience with the Blood Of Lathander quest. There you have to turn the statues but one of the statues is stuck. Most people will probably brute force it with strong characters and save scumming if failed but in this case we all failed it. Before resorting to reloading one of us had a "what if..." epiphany and threw a bottle of grease at it. Lo and behold, it bloody worked! This again blew our minds. A good reminder that you do not need to save scum always when things do not go your way and the most apparent way fails, think outside of the box and maybe there is an alternative way to get the desired result.

I love how "we were so smart where we absolutely know everybody else would be dumb" was just so brazenly thrown out there. That is the intended method to open the door, and to suppose that specifically, were in the minority just because you desperately wish to be smart and special is just... pathetic.

There's a note nearby that mentions that the statues need to get greased regularly to avoid the mechanism getting stuck, sooo the game does give you a huge clue.

Durge player lied to you as he has full control over 95% of his "moments") but accidentally locking in durge and then wondering where this options come from and wtf is going on makes for a quite awesome playthrough!)

Didn't have a Durge in our run, but one of my buddies was playing a Dragonborn Barbarian who was obsessed with picking up everything that wasn't nailed down. Boxes, barrels, corpses, chests...whatever he could get his mitts on. My other buddy was our Rogue and would quite frequently start fights by going on a stealing spree while I was trying to talk to someone. So many bits from your BG3 series reflect various moments from my multiplayer run so every gag hits close to home and is extremely relatable. But that's kinda been one of the staples of your channel that makes it so successful: all the jokes are born from extremely relatable situations that many players have experienced themselves. I love it! Been watching since the early days of StarCrafts and I'm so glad you all are still going strong!

Baldurs Gate and DND are honestly built on the foundation of fantasy wackiness. My favorite moment in BG3 is when we got to the Githyanki creche and had to fight the commander and her people. I had Karlach go in as a wild magic barbarian and rage. I added the mod that adds more effects to the wild magic surge. One of the effects is Ottos Irresistible Dance for two turns. Karlach raged right next to the commander. For two whole turns the commander and her people couldnt do anything but submit to the urge to dance. I laughed so hard since it was such a strange scene. My sorcerer just watched this scene unfold since he never comes into melee range. It felt a little unfair to the Gith but then I remember they always hit hard in battle so we cleaned them up pretty nicely.

accidental Dark Urge happened to me too. I thought it was the only option to have a customizable character. My friend was watching me stream my playthrough while he was doing his own thing, he was like "...why do you have such dark, homicidal thoughts and I don't??" I thought maybe it was a drow thing??? Then my durge murdered someone out of my control, and I looked up what was happening and was like "ohhhh......" [starts new playthrough, durge free]

It’s a hard fight for me so I threw the ball in and closed the big door to the commander and sat back with popcorn while shooting fish in a barrel for each turn! You have true Rogue Energy, and I am SO PROUD OF YOU :D And I say again, Bards are gleefully OP and have some of the best dialogue options. The sheer cheek and snark! Especially moments like where you can "Bard-off" with Volo in the Camp, and you absolutely destroy his flow, he was so tilted, I regret nothing! ...Which is why, as an apology, I let him do surgery on me. Besides, that buff is SWEET :3 Hey, how many times did you all accidentally "friendly fire" each other? 'Cause that was a problem in our multi game for a bit until we learned we could click on portraits to target, 'cause a few times I tried to shoot the Big Bad, only to put critical arrows in the Paladin's ass. Oops. As for "deliberate" friendly fire, we had to reload from save a few times because the cleric and bard (Duergar and Half Orc) would have Athletic shoving/throwing contests in camp, and would clip the companions now and then XD

Your video on barraelmancy for the goblin camp actually inspired me to do the same in one playthrough which you can do by stealing all the barrels from the zhenterium traders in the goblin camp. Love being able to kill 15 goblins with 1 cantrip

i played throught the game once with a friend (my brain is not suited to replay games immediatly) and while we did every quest we could find looking at other players and their storys.. we missed like 75% of possible things that could happen haha. What a game. Cant wait to replay in a year or two when my memorys are faded (and maybe a dlc has been released.. please Larian! Give us MOOOORE :P ).

DUDE SAME I picked the Dark Urge by accident cuz I thought I was picking my race and I wanted to play as the Dragonborn. It took us 10 hours to realize what was going on. First encounter with the dead body and Durge enjoying the view was kinda off for me but I didn't pay much attention to it

Its even better when the flaming sphere is just chilling, an enemy attacks it and just explodes in a fiery blaze of glory... Then their friends try the same thing.
